G'Day Bridgette and Emmanuel Macron,

Re: SEXUAL OFFENCE V's SEXUAL ASSAULT and DEFINITIONS in accordance French LAW!

How are you both? I would like to raise another concern regarding a breach of Equal Opportunity law's based on SEX, that are practically laughed at when one can not afford a Lawyer to fight for them... a homelessness status does not warrant the dismissal of Equal Opportunity Las and cancellation of Human Rights. According to my Understanding of the DEFENITIONS of French LAW IT IS A SEXUAL OFFENCE when Equal Opportunity Laws are breached by

individuals against another because she not have a penis - SEX - and an offenced is a direct dreach of those Laws.

Please take into consideration the followin Universal Declaration's of Human Rights translated in 500 Languages SO THERE IS NO EXCUISE FOR NOT KNOWING what they are.

ARTICLE 30

Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein. In continuation an incident occured one hour before close at Pret-A-Manger - 11 Rue de Sèze, 75009 Paris, "Pret A Manger" - with a male staff member. It was aproximately 6:05pm and an announcement was made out loud by staff that the said restaurant was closing. In the spirit of compliance, I began packing up my belongings but needed a few minutes to collect everything and organise it into the carry heavy carry bags I carry to the library. I noticed a male staff member loitering around me with his cleaning products rushing me off the chair and out all of a sudden acting like they are closing immediately. He said "hurry up, hurry up, we are closing... he lied" (they had almost another hour) and was rude treating me like a second class citizen but to all the other male patrons, he was very respectful and gave them all the time they needed to pack up, who then opted to leave peacefully because they had no cause to react. I was almost ready to leave but stopped, put my bags back down on the chair I was sitting on and approached the front counter where the store manager stood. I politely asked him, "excuise me, what time do

you close?" He honestly answered, "at 7pm". So I went back to the table I was using and sat down and retaliated but not without cause by say back to the rude staff member who seemed to disrespect my right to dignity and respect because I was not male like the other's, "hurry up, hurry up clean up, hurry up, hurry up" waving my hand like the Queen. I stayed seated. He approached with aggression and started slamming the tables and chairs next to mine back in place to apply intimidation... but I am alot older than him and was not entertained by his violence against women, ME. Then with a push of MALE DOMINATION IN HIS STRIDE WHICH IS A BREACH OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY LAWS AND ACCORDING TO DEFINITION, ALSO AN OFFENCE BASED ON SEX - SEXUAL OFFENCE - he approached my table and removed my belongings that he had no right to take from my table without my consent nor touch them (the said restaurant were not closed) and sprayed it and wiped it, slamming and carrying on. The manager was called who tried to resolve the matter in his favour it felt, as he did not understand the definitions to the LAWS that constitute A SEXUAL OFFENCE - breach of equal opportunity laws, based on sex and Universal Human Rights. He pointed to the camera

above my head and tried to call me a liar... I used the words, DISMISSAL AND DEPORTATION BECAUSE ALL LIVES MATTER INCLUDING FEMALE LIVES REGARDLESS OF RACE AND COLOUR!

THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE PERPETRATOR SHALL NEVER SUPERSEED THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE VICTIM!
